Milly Wildish
Director of Keys to Safeguarding
Milly is the director of Keys To Safeguarding and creator and presenter of all the safeguarding content and courses on offer. She spent 14 years as Detective in the Metropolitan police, working as a child protection specialist, counter-terrorism officer and led a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. Milly currently has also worked as a Lead Safeguarding Officer for a London school. Milly is a Specialist arbitrator and National Safeguarding Panel member for Sports Resolution as well as a member of the England and Wales Cricket appeals board. Milly has completed investigations and training for sports organisations, care home groups and major charities. Milly holds qualifications in investigating complex crime, Forensic interviewing of children and is NSPCC child protection trainer trained.

Greig Lloyd
Head Consultant
Greig is a former Metropolitan Police detective specialising in the areas of Safeguarding, Community Safety, and Risk Management. Vastly experienced across multi-agency focused investigations, case reviews and panel hearings. He is now providing investigative services within the private sector to clients in the legal, sports and media industry nationwide and overseas. He is an independent investigator in Safeguarding to multiple clients including Premier League football teams, local authorities and independent care facilities. Greig holds qualifications in investigating complex crime and Forensic interviewing of children and is a full member of Association of British Investigators endorsed by Law Society of England and Wales and level 3 BTEC in Advanced Investigation.

Sam Warnes
CEO
Sam is the CEO of an umbrella of businesses that Keys To Safeguarding falls under. Specialising in the creation of innovative e-learning platforms, VLE, MLS and examination portals, Sam is a key believer in that safeguarding is imperative for all organisations. Sam also cares dearly about mental health and helping those most vulnerable. The values which Sam possesses allow a platform for the team to develop the best safeguarding practices. An avid sports fan, lots of our courses are based around sporting scenarios. 12 years ago Sam started a company called EDLounge in his own garage, aiming to break barriers to learning through online, virtual education. He then went on to build a brand, which led to the development of multiple companies, including Keys To Safeguarding.

Ian Hargreaves
Senior Manager
Ian is the 2nd in command. Being there from the beginning, developing new learning ideas from a garage 12 years ago, Ian is now in charge of a number of business managers, across a range of educational companies. He is a key advocate for promoting the safeguarding and mental well being of all and believes this can be achieved through enhanced, educational technology.
